Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed. The space Spacious, one level property with a good sized bedroom (king size bed, and an extra fold up single bed with thick mattress which can be put in the lounge if required) with its own seating area and en suite bathroom with large shower. In addition, it has a comfortable, open plan living /dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include: Wifi Fully equipped kitchen with oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave. Appliances include hoover, iron, airer and hairdryer Electric fire Smart TV with DVD and CD player Safety: smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket, first aid kit, torch. High chair and travel cot available if you're bringing a little one (no baby bath). Ample parking for 2 cars PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE A NON-SMOKING AIRBNB AND SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LODGE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DOGS SO PLEASE DON'T ASK AS WE WILL HAVE TO DECLINE. Extras: Single bed available - £5 a night included in the prices shown if you book 3 people. If only two people and you would like the extra bed, then the £5 a night is requested through the resolution centre once you arrive. Bed suitable for all ages. HOT TUB. PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUB IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. Games: We have lawn games including croquet, swing ball and football. Patio with garden furniture Lounge chairs on request Bikes to hire by pre-arrangement and taken at own risk. Access: Ramps at patio entrance and front door. Check in 3pm-11pm. Other things to note Please note we have an induction hob for cooking for those who have a pacemaker.
