It consists of 2 floors: On the 1st floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, toilet, laundry room. Upstairs, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. Fully equipped, you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, oven and microwave, large TV, WiFi (fiber), linens and towels provided. 2 silent Rowenta fans are available to cool you down in the apartment during very hot weather. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the train station, and a maximum of 10 minutes to the historic center and Pont Valentré. A Casino/Spar is within a 5-minute walk. Secure enclosed parking Other things to note The listing is located in Cahors itself, everything can be reached on foot. I will give you a badge to access a secure, gated parking lot. Parking spaces in the residence are private, parking is prohibited. Otherwise you can park on the adjacent streets (free spaces) of the residence. No parties in the apartment, and no pets allowed. The accommodation is NON-SMOKING, please respect this choice🙂. I don't charge a cleaning fee, so please return the home in the same condition as when you arrived. 😉
