Cozy family house near the capital of Kea island (Ioulis), placed on the top of the hill, with majestic view of the Aegean and the port. The space The house is built in two levels + a wooden attic and has its own parking space. On entrance level you will find lots of space on the terrace and a build BBQ installation. Entering the house, the living room with fireplace has access to a stunning view of the port. The open kitchen is fully equipped to serve the needs of guests and large families. A WC is also on this level. On the wooden attic, is a cozy living area that can easily be turned into a sleeping area with sofa which unfolds into two single beds that can also serve a couple (if beds are put next to each other). On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the main bathroom and a large storage room. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and access to another terrace with great view of the Aegean see (from cape Sounio to Evia). The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has one single and one semi-double bed . The sleeping capacity can be increased with a kids bed and/or a baby cot. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine. Here you can find chairs for the terrace and beach equipment. The house offers amenities for kids (toys, baby-chair, toilet-seat, bedroom safety door etc.) Other things to note You will find the house cleaned, with fresh linen and towels for all guests.
