The home has an oversized back yard with a custom corn hole game on the lawn. There is a fire pit and gas grill available for guest to utilize during the stay. The Chestnut Retreat is located in Milton, Delaware which is a small town with quiet streets. Milton was just named the safest town in the entire state due to its low crime statistics. You can get to most of the in town dining and shopping by walking or biking. There is a public fishing pier blocks away from the home as well as a fresh water boat launch. A short drive to Lewes will enable you to go out deep sea fishing on one of the charter boats that leave daily during the summer months or you can go the Cape Henlopen fishing pier for salt water fishing. 2 night minimum stay.
