The space Welcome to Vars Les Claux, in a spacious apartment on the ground floor of a chalet, ideally located just 50 meters from the slopes. Nestled on the heights of the resort, in a quiet and sunny area, it offers a perfect setting to fully enjoy the mountain with family or friends. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to its three bedrooms (one of them is more of a cabin area with no window) and its layout designed for stays with several people. The decor is traditional, in an authentic mountain style: a bit old, but warm, functional and very pleasant to stay in after a day on the slopes. The large terrace and garden shared with the neighboring apartment are real assets. You can enjoy a coffee in the sun, admire the open views of the peaks, or let the children play in peace. The view and the panorama really give a feeling of space and nature. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, and the living room offers a friendly space to get together. The rooms are simple but comfortable, in the chalet style. Check-ins can start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 11 a.m. Depending on availability and period, early check-in and late check-out options (for a fee) are possible. Guest access You will have private access to the apartment and to its garden and terrace, which are shared with the apartment next door. After you book, you'll receive an access link to a digital welcome booklet that will give you as much information as possible. The keys will be available in a secure lockbox next to the apartment. Check-ins can start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 11 a.m. Depending on availability and period, early check-in and late check-out options (for a fee) are possible. Other things to note A security deposit of €500 will be required via the digital welcome booklet. It will be done by bank imprint. To do this, we use the secure online service Swikly, which will allow you to pay your security deposit online without any charge or impact on your bank limit. You will also have the option of choosing the “Damage Waiver” option for €50, which exempts you from paying a security deposit. It covers minor accidental damage during the stay. The €50 amount is fixed and non-refundable.
