The space The newly renovated 68 m² apartment on the first floor of the house is being offered here for the first time. Everything has been lovingly maintained and designed from the outset with holiday guests in mind. This cosy apartment on the edge of the forest in Altaussee is very quiet, yet only a short walk from the village and its main points of interest. The apartment offers 4 beds spread across two rooms. The larger bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds as well as its own washbasin — practical for two couples or families. This room offers a direct view of the Trisselwand. The open-plan living kitchen is fully equipped — kitchenette, dining table, as well as a sofa and armchair for spending time together. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and, above the washbasin, a large heated and illuminated mirror. The toilet is separate. The absolute highlight is the large terrace at the foot of the Loser with an open barbecue hut. You can also see Lake Altaussee in the distance, with the impressive Tressenstein beyond it. The terrace offers seating for more than four people. It is a place where you’ll love to sit both in the morning and in the evening. Other things to note As required by the municipality of Altaussee, a tourist tax of 3,50€ per person (starting age 15) and per night applies to all stays. This is not included in the nightly rate and is collected separately upon arrival.
