Bed & Breakfast Experience in Shepherds Hut.

Handcrafted & thermally insulated shepherds hut with double bed, can be used all year around with wood burning stove to keep you warm & cosy during the winter months. It is wonderfully romantic. Come & relax, enjoy the peace, see the stunning sunsets, watch the deer across the field next to your 'own' secluded wooded space. It's a rustic experience.. the loo is no more than 200 yards away, & a bowl and pitcher is provided for a wash! Water heated by either the kettle provided or the log burner. The space There are electricity sockets for phone charging. WiFi is not available but can be accessed in the vicinity of the yard/office. Water is in a 15 litre container, refillable a short walk away. Tea and coffee provided & a full English breakfast will be brought to you in the morning! If the weather is inclement, there are two folding chairs & a table at which to enjoy your breakfast, inside the hut. Please remember, we run a timber yard from our premises, making bespoke timber buildings, and therefore it is at its most peaceful here on a Saturday evening / Sunday! There is limited hot water in the loo but there is no provision for a shower and therefore 2 nights max suggested for everyone's benefit!...all part of the 'experience'! Guest access There is an area for a small fire should you wish to toast some marshmallows and sit under the stars at the end of the day. You can wander around the field and stables and access the footpath from the bottom of our field to keep away from the roads. Other things to note We spend a lot of time in our garden working on the veg patch, flower beds and with our horses, but you will feel private and tucked away next to the orchard.
