Modern guesthouse in peaceful countryside

Our newly built guest house is set in the peaceful countryside, surrounded by rapeseed and corn fields. Enjoy nearby farm shops, a pick-your-own raspberry farm, bakery and a well-stocked grocery store. Located just 1 minute from the E6, it’s easy to reach and perfect for exploring the area. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Åkulla forests and hiking trails. Gekås Ullared is only a 25-minute drive away. The space A cozy guest house with an open-plan layout and sleeping loft. The house features a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave and kitchenware. The loft has a 140 cm bed, while the ground floor offers a sofa bed that can be extended to 120 cm. Blackout curtains are provided by the sofa. The house has an air-source heat pump with AC. Large windows offer views of your private patio with BBQ, a spacious garden, and surrounding fields. Guest access As a guest, you will have the entire guest house to yourself, including the private terrace/patio. You will also have access to the lawn and the convenience of parking your car right outside the door. Other things to note 🏡 The guest house is pet-free and non-smoking. ♻️ Guests are responsible for their own waste. The nearest recycling station with sorting facilities is located in Tvååker. (Organic waste/compost/food waste can be disposed of in the property’s designated bins.) 🧹🪣 Guests are responsible for cleaning the guest house. A cleaning kit (including kitchen towel) and instructions are available in the guest house. 🛏️ Bed linen and towels are not included and need to be brought by guests. We expect the cleaning to be carried out thoroughly so that the guest house is in top condition for the next guest. ✨ Bed linen and final cleaning can be added as optional extras (ordered by message after booking).
