The former home and office of Constantino Perez Diaz (1910-1990), a lawyer & much loved Mondoñedo character. In renovating the property every effort was made to conserve antique features and furniture, in keeping with the character of the town, which is on the official list of the 125 most beautiful in Spain. Within 5 minutes walk of the historic cathedral and main supermarket. There is ample storage for bikes & pets (dogs only) are permitted. Up to 4 additional guests possible on request. The space Guests select rooms at time of booking from the following: 1x standard double, 1x queen size double, 1x long bed twin, 1x wide bed twin. Additional rooms are 1x living room, 1x full bathroom, 1x extra toilet, 1x large kitchen diner, including electric oven-range, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is ample storage space on the ground floor for bikes. All living spaces are on the first and second floors. There is fast free WiFi but no T.V. Guest access Enter the property on the ground floor where the hallway provides ample space for storage of up to five bikes. Stairs lead to the first floor - sitting room with dog basket nook, kitchen diner, toilet, and double bedroom. Stairs lead to second floor where there are three further bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third floor of the property is where linen and cleaning equipment are stored so staff only.
