Beautiful apartment with garden, kitchen and fireplace

At the Hoeperhof we offer a holiday apartment with a large garden in idyllic rural surroundings in Höperhöfen/Bötersen. In our lovingly furnished apartment, our guests will find peace and cosiness. You can use high-speed Internet via WLAN and LAN for free. Shops can be found in the local village shop, in Sottrum, Rotenburg or Bremen. The motorway can be reached in a few minutes. We wish good rest in our apartment. The space Quiet location. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a small guest toilet. For cozy hours, there is a living room with a fireplace. A large TV is provided. We have the following sleeping arrangements: In the bedroom a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a small couch (for one person). In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Also free Wi-Fi. In the garden, we have provided a comfortable seating area. Pets can be brought along. The cost is 7 euros per night/per animal. This can be paid directly on site. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms of the entire apartment. You can also use part of the garden. Other things to note Dear guests. For a pleasant and smooth stay, please respect the following rules: Arrival / Departure: Arrival from 14.00, departure no later than 11am. On the day of departure, personal items must be removed by the tenant, the household waste must be disposed of in the designated containers, dishes are clean and washed to be stored in the kitchen cupboards. The apartment is to be left swept clean. In case of excessive pollution, the tenant will be charged the increased cleaning costs. The apartment may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the rental agreement. Any changes may be made after disruption.
