Guesthouse Paradise Samerberg - a magical place.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower. The space The vacation home is furnished with high-quality designer and carpenter furniture, has its own parking space, charging station for electric cars and bikes and is surrounded by numerous cycling and hiking trails. Samerberg is located exactly between Munich and Salzburg (75 km each) in the Chiemgau. It is just a stone's throw to Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee, and the mountains invite you to hike or bike. Three excellent restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a small, fine village supermarket and the gem of Samerberg natural pool. High-speed internet is of course a matter of course. The house is a low-energy house and was made from local woods completely chemical-free in 2020 - so it is ideal for allergy sufferers. Guest access You have your own house with your own garden with old fruit trees and a wonderful terrace overlooking the Bavarian mountains in absolute tranquility. Sun loungers and a very comfortable Fermob deck chair are available for relaxing and bird watching. Enjoy the high-quality amenities and the absolute tranquility and the fantastic view of the mountains. Other things to note We have a high and low season. In the main season (June - mid-September & during the Christmas holidays) only a booking of at least 7 days is possible (unless half a week is still available in the calendar). Otherwise, the minimum stay is 2 nights. For bookings of less than a week, we charge for the 3rd and 4th person per night €15.00 (from 16 years) in addition. For all guests 16 years and older, we have to collect a spa fee of €1.50 per night (but there is a parking ticket from the municipality of Samerberg, where you can park for free throughout the municipality and there are countless discounts (Chiemsee shipping, mountain railways, museums, etc.). Otherwise, there are no costs. Cleaning and Internet and welcome drinks in the fridge are included in the price.
