Aan De Snel

On the Achterdijk in Schalkwijk is a beautiful vacation home. The house is situated in the former shooting range of the Lunet aan de Snel, part of the New Dutch Waterline (NHW). The house is furnished for a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. A canoe is included in the rental of the house. The space The house is located about three kilometers outside the Utrecht village of Schalkwijk in the municipality of Houten. You reach the house via the Achterdijk, a narrow farm road between the meadows. The watercourse "De Snel" winds around the house. Around the house is a beautiful garden with a cozy garden house. This garden borders at the back on a meadow where sheep or calves regularly walk. Guest access During the stay, the entire house with garage and surrounding garden is at the disposal of the guests. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house, and pets are unfortunately not welcome, except for service dogs. The rate for tourist tax in the municipality of Houten is 5% of the rent excluding VAT and additional costs. The tourist tax will be charged separately and can be paid in cash upon arrival.
