Aan De Snel

A beautiful vacation home is located on the Achterdijk in Schalkwijk. The house situated in the former lap field of the Lunet aan de Snel, part of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (NHW). The house is furnished for 6 people maximum. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. A canoe is included in the rental of the house. The space The house is located about three kilometers outside the Utrecht village of Schalkwijk in the municipality of Houten. You reach the house via the Achterdijk, a narrow farm road between the meadows. The watercourse "De Snel" winds around the house. Around the house is a beautiful garden with a cozy garden shed. This garden is adjacent to the back of a meadow where sheep or calves regularly walk. Guest access During the stay, the entire house with garage and surrounding garden is available to guests. Other things to note It's forbidden to smoke in the house and pets are unfortunately not welcome, service dogs are excluded. The tourist tax rate in the municipality of Houten is 5% of the rent excluding VAT and additional costs. The tourist tax will be charged separately and can be paid in cash upon arrival.
