Suite A is not a private rental, but a guest room where you have exclusive use of two rooms in an old traditional house. There are two single beds in the bedroom with wooden flooring, and we can provide up to three futons in the adjoining Japanese-style room with tatami mats. Recommended for 2-4 guests, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The shower room with a wash area and the toilet are for the exclusive use of Suite A. The bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, living room, and irori space are shared with other guests. With old ceiling gratings, glass doors, thick beams and pillars, this space retains the appearance of a farmhouse that has stood for a hundred years, and you can feel the folk art of Mashiko and the life of the countryside. From the east-facing windows, you can enjoy views of the rice fields and the countryside, and have a relaxing time with the morning light and wind, and the sounds of birds and insects. The shower room with a washbasin and the toilet on the north side of the bedroom are for the exclusive use of guests in Suite A. You can also use the full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, etc., the kitchen, the washer and dryer, and the irori room in the shared space. Outside the window, the view of the rural mountains spreads out, and you can feel close to the sound of birds and the changing nature with each season.Enjoy a relaxing time in a quiet environment. On the property, you can find old buildings that were once used as farm buildings, such as the nagaya gate, barn, rice leaf shed, and fertilizer shed.You can see the traditional appearance from the outside, but due to the age of the buildings, for safety reasons, please refrain from entering not only the interior but also the areas under the eaves of the buildings other than the main house.
