Accommodation - Where we stay - Stoumont

Cottage located in the Lienne Valley, in a small village in the municipality of Stoumont. Located in the center of several lively towns (including Stavelot, Durbuy, Aywaille) and the Circuit de Francorchamps. Enjoy a quiet setting, perfect for rest, stays for families or groups of friends. Close to many attractions (Plopsa Coo, Coo Aventure, Remouchamps Caves, Forestia, Monde Sauvage, Durbuy Adventure) as well as many hiking trails, mountain bike trails and trails. The space The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably and 1 infant. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a TV and a sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) with superior bedding, a spacious storage closet, a fully equipped dining room (dishes, raclette machine/grill), and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) separable into two single beds, with top quality bedding (double duvet or two single duvets depending on the configuration + cushions), a storage cabinet, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bed linens are not provided. The second floor is set up as a games room with TV and sofa, offering a relaxation area appreciated by young and old alike. For families, a baby kit is available on request: crib, highchair, babycook and bottle warmer, bottle drainer. Outside, enjoy a private space with garden furniture, umbrella and Weber BBQ, ideal for sharing meals and quiet moments of relaxation. We only allow one pet. If more, it will be on a case-by-case basis depending on the breed and size. Guest access The entire gite is completely private and reserved for your use. Only the technical room (boiler room) is not accessible. You have two entrances to the accommodation: a main entrance located at the front of the house and an entrance leading directly to the terrace from the kitchen. The terrace is also accessible through an exterior gate that can be locked, providing a convenient and secure space to store bicycles or equipment during your stay.
