On the first level, you'll find a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a workspace with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Kitchen ready to use: A grill, utensils, and the basics to cook whatever you fancy. Exclusive terrace: An outdoor space within your own accommodation. Guest access: The apartment is completely independent and private. Access is via stairs (located on the second and third floors). If you're traveling by car, you can conveniently park on the street in front of the property, which is a quiet area where vehicles are commonly parked. The neighborhood: You'll be located in a strategic area of Teziutlán, with easy access to get around the city or go out to explore the Sierra Nororiental. Walking distance to local shops and the best cuisine in the region. Guest access I look forward to welcoming you in person, handing over the keys, and being available if you have any questions. Other things to note The bedroom has a small piece of furniture to put your things on, a super comfortable and warm double bed, beautiful views of Chignautla Hill, and a small terrace where you can get some fresh air (the only place where smoking is allowed). You'll find a small work desk so you don't miss any meetings. The small living room also functions as an extra bedroom, as it has a comfortable sofa bed and extra bedding. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need, including dishes, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, and the utensils you need. The bathroom is small but very charming. It has shampoo, soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and towels. The dining room is for three people, and you have access to natural fiber tablecloths and cup holders. The room features local art in paintings, on walls and in details. Everything is designed so that you can find comfort and relaxation in a small piece of the Pearl of the Sierra. The entrance is separate. We don't have our own parking, but you can leave it on the street. It's a quiet area. You will be given the keys upon arrival. It has a security camera at the entrance for added security. WE ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND THE BEDROOM IS ON THE THIRD FLOOR, SO IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. Oxxo is a 5-minute walk away, and Plaza Crystal is 7 minutes away. And if you are going for a walk downtown, it is a 15-minute walk and you can admire the architecture of the place. If you don't want to cook, there is a small restaurant nearby, and there are taco stands and snack bars. I recommend that you check the guide that we will leave for you at the property.
