Beautiful Four-Poster Bedroom in Goodwood Country!

Welcome to one of the most beautiful spots in England, Houghton near Amberley in the South Downs National Park. Built c.1550, South Lane Cottage in Houghton, is a stunning Listed property. Your four-poster bed and down duvet await in the elegant master bedroom with views in all directions and acres of peace and quiet. There is also a second room available to rent separately, featuring a mahogany sleigh/trundle bed suitable for one adult or two children-- so you can bring the kids or a friend! The space This is a 16th century room with period features, lots of light, and views of the South Downs and Arun River. There is no TV or satellite, so if you need a screen on holiday, this might not be a great choice. That said, you are welcome to use the wifi, and there are speakers in the room for your iPod or iPhone. Guest access Again, an additional room is available for children. Please enquire if needed. During your stay I've been using Airbnb since it began, and know what makes a good host. I'm happy to be around and offer advice if wanted, but equally happy to stay out of the way if you want complete privacy. I find most guests prefer the latter!
