Detached cozy house located in our garden. Centrally located close to Sandvika city centre. 10 min to the train, stores, cinema and restaurants. 3 min to the nearest bus stop, Lakseberget. Walking distance to Kalvøya and Sjøholmen. Cozy and undisturbed villa area in the city center The house is newly renovated with living/kitchen open concept. Bedroom with a bed, good closet space. There are also sleeping accommodation in the loft, low ceiling height. Modern bathroom with washing machine. Terrace outside the front door. Parking space The space The house is located near the lake with Kadettangen and Kalvøya as popular swimming/outdoor areas. From the patio you have a nice view of the lake. 10 min walk from the house is Sandvika city centre with shopping (Sandvika mall), cinema, theatre and restaurants. Bus to Oslo stops 3 min walk from the house and Sandvika train station/bus station is also within walking distance. During summertime you can take a boat to the islands in the Oslo Fjord. Short drive to signs for hiking and recreation. The house is centrally located and there may be some traffic noise when sitting outside Guest access You can use the entire rental unit as well as the terrace outside the entrance area. The rental house is fenced in as we have a dog in the main house. Access to the garden upon request There is a parking space for 1 car Other things to note During summertime you have to expect a little noise from the road when you sit on the terrace. There is low ceiling height on the loft so it is best suitable for children We don't rent to young people under 25 years
