The apartment has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Lavazza coffee maker, kettle, plates, water and wine glasses, breakfast cups, coffee cups, cutlery, and dishes. In the same room, you will find the living room with a comfortable sofa where you can relax while watching the 55-inch TV. 2 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, and the other super versatile, which can be transformed into a second double bedroom or a bedroom with three beds if needed. 2 full bathrooms: 1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Beautiful terrace that can be accessed from both the living area and the master bedroom: an ideal place to admire the sunrise and enjoy breakfast in the summer months. The real highlight is our courtyard/garden with a unique and wonderful view of the Castle of Monteriggioni. A completely fenced and exclusive area where you can enjoy moments of relaxation, play with the children, or enjoy a good aperitif or a nice dinner while admiring the walls of the Castle. We provide bed linens, a set of bath towels, a welcome kit, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, a barbecue, and cleaning equipment and products.
