Villa Andrea accommodates up to 25 guests across four separate apartments, creating a flexible setup with 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, multiple living areas, a full kitchen and additional kitchenettes. Spend sunny Puerto Rico afternoons around the private pool, then gather under the covered patio for a game of pool, dinner or time together outdoors. Inside, multiple living spaces, Smart TVs and Starlink WiFi make it easy for everyone to settle in, while the separate apartment layout gives different parts of your group their own space. From relaxed family getaways to milestone trips with friends, Villa Andrea gives your group a private home base for making memories together in Cabo Rojo. Other things to note *HURRICANE SEASON - Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making travel decisions accordingly. Hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1 through November 30. *EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed. *MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. *SMOKING - Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any unit or anywhere on the property except in the designated smoking area. Guests who wish to smoke must either use the designated smoking area or leave the property. Please properly dispose of all smoking-related waste. Smoking outside the designated area is subject to a minimum $250 violation charge. Guests are also responsible for any additional cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, or damage costs that exceed this amount. *PARTIES & EVENTS - Parties and events are NOT permitted. The property is limited to a maximum of 25 people, and unregistered visitors or gatherings exceeding the reservation's approved guest count are not allowed. Violations are subject to a $700 charge. * SPEAKERS & LOUD BASS: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. Guests may not bring speakers, subwoofers, sound systems, amplifiers, DJ equipment, or similar amplified sound equipment onto the property. Speakers provided by Villa Andrea may be used at a respectful volume. * PETS - Pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets. * POWER OUTAGES & BACKUP POWER - Villa Andrea's solar and battery system provides limited backup power during utility outages. During an outage, guests must follow management instructions regarding air conditioning, appliances, and other electrical equipment to help conserve available battery power. *SEPTIC SYSTEM - Villa Andrea uses a septic system. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Wipes, including those labeled "flushable," feminine products, paper towels, and other materials must be disposed of in the trash. Guests are responsible for plumbing or septic damage caused by improper use. *PARKING - Guests must use Villa Andrea's driveway and designated parking areas first. Additional vehicles may park along the street beside the Villa Andrea property where legally permitted. Do not block driveways, park on neighboring property, or park in front of neighboring homes. *ATVS & RECREATIONAL VEHICLES - ATVs, four-wheelers, dirt bikes, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted at Villa Andrea or on the surrounding residential street. Please respect our neighbors and maintain safe, reasonable speeds when arriving at or leaving the property. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
