Large charming house on enclosed land of 1800 m², located in La Chapelle-Moutils, 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris Bercy, 15 minutes from Château Montmirail, 20 minutes from Coulommiers, 30 minutes from the medieval town of Provins, 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris. ALL PARTIES PROHIBITED: In order to respect the neighbors and the surrounding calm, parties and music are prohibited. The space Ground floor: Living room, large open kitchen, 1 walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 shower room with toilet and sauna. Country view of the countryside. - Outdoor swimming pool of 10 m by 4 m, private, secure, without neighbors, closed in the cold season. Indoor sauna available year-round. Hammam available outside the freezing period (If the outside temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the water pipes can freeze preventing the operation of the hammam). -Sheltered terrace with summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue (charcoal NOT included). Functional fireplace, electric heating. - Fiber WiFi. - Your four-legged companions are welcome! Just like at home, please make sure to pick up their droppings! Other things to note -The fiber internet connection allows for remote work. - Bed sheets are provided. Dishcloth and hand towels provided. 2 dishwasher tablets per day provided. -Please bring your own towels for the shower, bath, pool, hammam, and sauna. No towels are provided -Two surveillance cameras facing the parking lot and the main front door provide added 24-hour security. The lockbox allows you to check in independently. -During the summer period, for any reservation of more than 3 nights, pool maintenance is scheduled every 2 days to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the water.
