Cozy and functional 70 sqm apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift in an elegant residential area, near the historic center of the city, full of restaurants and typical shops, but at same time quiet and safe. Thanks to its strategic position, the apartment allows guests to reach Piazza Unità (in 10 minutes) and all the most important places of interest comfortably on foot. The space The inside is organized as follows: - BEDROOM I with double bed; - BEDROOM II with two single beds (if necessary, they can be joined); - KITCHEN with induction hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, kitchenware and wine glasses; - BATHROOM I with shower, bidet and WC; - BATHROOM II service only with washing machine (toilet and bidet NOT usable and NO shower); - TWO BALCONIES. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning, free wifi, smart TV (with which you can use your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Dazn, etc. accounts), iron, hairdryer and drying rack.
