Aurora Hut is the year-round window to your arctic nature experience. Our year-round accommodation in the Aurora Hut is ideal for your once-in-a-lifetime holiday to the spectacular arctic. The Aurora Hut is located a short walking distance to our Wilderness Dining Hall where you will be served a continental breakfast (included during high season. Not low season- May -mid November). Inside your Aurora Hut, a compact kitchenette allows you to self-cater for your other meals while enjoying the views outside. Tea and coffee-making facilities are included and we are sure you’ll enjoy the sound system and free wifi. Regulated internal heating keeps the Aurora Hut at a comfortable temperature year-round. Although there is a small eco-toilet inside the Aurora Hut, we recommend using the toilet facilities at the dining hall. Other things to note Aurora hut is located on snow and ice during winter season (December - March) and on water during summer season (June-August). Between seasons (late spring and Autumn) they are located on the shore or on the ground since ice melts in the end of March and ice starts to be built on the river in Autumn.
