The space The apartment house is located directly at the end of the harbor promenade in the small warehouse district, which has been completely renovated in recent years. Dock 07 is located on the first floor and overlooks the seaport. On the small terrace you can enjoy the breakfast coffee (from the Senseo coffee machine) in the sun and listen to the seagulls and breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. Due to the central location, within a few minutes you can stroll along the pedestrian zone at the harbor, past the many small shops, towards the historic old town, which is rightly a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The furnishings of the apartment correspond to an upscale hotel standard. The entire interior is new and of very high quality. Starting with the very comfortable double beds, continuing to the fully equipped fitted kitchen and ending with entertainment with 3 internet-enabled TVs and digital radio. Wi-Fi is just as natural as a workplace for mobile working. The apartment is designed for 4 guests. If necessary, however, 1-2 additional guests can also be accommodated in the living area on the couch and an armchair with a sleeping function (can be folded out to a flat lying surface including a slatted base). The large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and are particularly sound-insulated and have additional fall protection for small visitors and can be completely darkened in the bedrooms. The whole apartment has underfloor heating and passive ventilation, which ensure a very good indoor climate. Access to the house as well as to the apartment is barrier-free and Dock 07 can be reached by elevator. The bathroom also has an extra wide shower. For the little visitors there is a travel bed and high chair, whereby if necessary, more can be organized via the reception. Right in the immediate area there are several very good restaurants as well as a new and very nice children's playground for all ages in a really great environment. In addition, there are various child-friendly options in Wismar such as a visit to the Wonnemar leisure pool, the zoo or the "phanTECHNIKUM" technology museum as an experience for all ages. Guest access The journey to the Hafenspitze can be made comfortably by car and, due to the proximity to the train station, also by public transport. Due to the "serviced apartment," there is a professional reception of the local operating company, which is open during normal daytime hours and where the keys are then received and returned. The service includes both the personal handover of the apartment and the final cleaning. Guests arriving by car can park their car in the nearby parking garage. For bicycles brought along, a large separate and lockable bicycle storage room is available on the first floor. Due to the central location of Wismar, day trips to the surrounding area are also very good from there. For example, the island of Poel is right outside the front door, but trips to the state capital of Schwerin or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Lübeck and Hamburg are just as easy and quick as excursions to the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rerik or Boltenhagen.
