Welcome to our family dairy farm! Want to take a breather and put everyday life on pause? Our tiny house is located in the middle of the meadows, surrounded by nature. In front of you, the bocage as far as the eye can see and our cows grazing peacefully. Here, you can completely disconnect: a gentle awakening to birdsong and absolute tranquility. You are also welcome to join us and discover the activities on the farm! We look forward to welcoming you:)! The space A small cocoon, with all comforts 🪵 Bright and cozy, our all-wood tiny house has been designed to accommodate up to 4 people in a very cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor: You will find a cozy living space with an equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. This is also where you will find an extra bed. If there are four of you, we can definitely add a sofa bed for the fourth guest. Upstairs: Nestled under the roof structure, the mezzanine houses a cozy sleeping area with a double bed (140 × 200). The real added bonus: a window on each side to wake you up gently with a view of the meadows! Outside: A beautiful wooden terrace awaits you to have breakfast in the heart of nature or simply enjoy the great outdoors facing the bocage. You also have your own private courtyard equipped with a barbecue for your outdoor meals. Finally, to make you feel good in any season, the tiny house is perfectly equipped: heating, air conditioning, and hot water. We are Marlène and Guillaume! As passionate and committed organic dairy farmers, we take care of our 40 cows on 65 hectares of pasture. We live on site, on the farm, but we make it a point of honor to ensure your complete peace of mind. Here, our days are punctuated by morning and evening milking, but it's always a pleasure to share our profession. Finally, our farm is a real family story, and our children love to play guides for guests! Guest access Your 100% private space 🌿 For the duration of your stay, the tiny house and its outdoor areas are entirely yours. You can enjoy it in complete privacy! At the front, sit on the wooden terrace, surrounded by geraniums, with stunning views of the Bois Belge. You also have your own private courtyard equipped with a barbecue for your outdoor meals. Don't be surprised if our cows come up to the fence to say hello :)! Parking is free right outside the door. We prefer to hand over the keys in person: it's always nicer to welcome you, show you around, and answer your questions! Other things to note Anor is the last commune in the North before the Belgian border, in the heart of the beautiful Avesnois Regional Natural Park. Notice to nature lovers: the highest point of the department is right next door. (271 meters above sea level!). Strolling at the end of our street, you will also discover the Chapelle Blanche, dating from 1703, which proudly gave our farm its name. Explore nearby: Lake ValJoly (20 km away): 180 hectares dedicated to nature with swimming, sailing, kayaking or tree climbing. Chimay (15 km away): Just across the border, jump into Belgium to discover its famous Trappist breweries. The Avesnois ecomuseum (5 km away): Located in Fourmies, a superb place of memory installed in an old spinning mill. On foot or by bicycle 🚲 Interested in exploring the surrounding area? We rent ATVs directly on site (just be sure to bring your helmets)! Thexe Vert and the Belgian RAVeL leave the farm. You can also take two beautiful marked circuits that cross the town, including the famous Gabelous trail, which follows the old contraband paths. Good to know for a 100% authentic stay! Our operation is in the middle of the business. A tractor that starts early in the morning, some peasant smells depending on the day, or a little mud if it rains... It's the charm of the real countryside, and that's exactly what our guests come for! There's no wifi in the tiny house. This is the perfect opportunity to really disconnect (the 4G mobile network still goes very well when needed). Access side: You are ideally located with Anor train station in the municipality, Fourmies 5 km and Hirson 8 km.
