Casa Soza, is a fully remodeled, updated mid-century homestead in the desert. It has a big living room with fireplace and seating area. The other side of the room is a fully equipped kitchen (table with four chairs). There are two bedrooms, one full bath (bathtub with hand-shower) with a view to the desert, plus an outdoor shower. Both bedrooms have three exits: One to the kitchen/ living room, and two to the outdoors. Staycations (28 days or longer) are possible. Talk to us. Flexible owners. The space It's all about the great outdoors and the views! If you want to watch your day starting with the rising sun and ending when it sets, if you want to be far away from buzzing city life, but also close enough to change your mind to dine out or to experience Palms Springs cultural scene, if you want to smell desert flowers and listen to the howl of coyotes in the night, then our beloved hideaway is the place for you. Guest access For the base price, 1-2 guests can use the living room/ kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower and ONE of the bedrooms. (Each of them has a queen size bed, the bigger room, the papaya colored one, has the afternoon sun, the green one catches the morning sun and has the fancier bed... - look at the pictures, pick the one you prefer and let us know), terrace and all outdoor areas. If you want to vacation with family or friends and need two bedrooms (max 4 people), there is an extra fee of $25 per person per night. That sure, doesn't apply for your children. Other things to note No pets please - it's coyote land. If you still consider to bring your pet, please get in touch with us. If we agree (small well trained cats or dogs only), there will be an extra deep cleaning fee of $150 in respect to future guests.
