RAMMU Talu is a timber-frame house with soaring 6-metre ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private sauna — set on the edge of a lake in Põhja-Kõrvemaa nature reserve, one hour from Tallinn. The space The house was designed as a family retreat — generous spaces, natural materials, and views of the forest and lake from almost every room. The open-plan living area has nearly 6-metre ceilings, large panoramic windows, and exposed wooden beams. Light moves through the space throughout the day. A wood-burning fireplace, dining area, and sofa make it easy to spend a whole evening inside without feeling like you should be somewhere else. Direct access to the terrace from the living room. Three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two additional mattresses (80×200) and a sofa in the living room for larger groups — the house sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — dishwasher, moka pot, French press, all the essentials. The sauna is inside the house. A sandy swimming beach is a 5-minute walk away — the lake on the property has beautiful views but the shoreline isn't suited for swimming. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and surrounding property during their stay. This includes the terrace, outdoor seating and grill area, sauna, parking area and all indoor spaces of the house. There is enough space for parking several cars directly on the property. The house and yard are fully available for guests to enjoy during their stay. Other things to note This home is best suited for guests looking for a cozy and relaxed nature getaway — quiet mornings, forest walks, evenings by the fireplace and time by the lake in every season of the year. The house was built using many natural materials and has a warm, authentic atmosphere with wooden beams, panoramic windows and views of the surrounding forest and lake. The nearby sandy beach is the best place for swimming and relaxing by the water. The house is located in a small peaceful village inside the nature reserve. While there are neighboring homes nearby, the property still offers a comfortable sense of privacy and calm surroundings. Pets may be allowed upon prior agreement.
