The living and cooking area is flooded with light through large floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the terrace. With about 1,000 inhabitants, the former fishing village of Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom. The location on the narrowest point of the island make the special charm of the small town - tightly surrounded by both the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.   The comfortably furnished 4-bedroom villa pebbles and a property of about 450 m² was built in 2016. Located in a quiet side street and shopping, train station and restaurants are within walking distance.
