The space Please note from 15.9.26 Airbnb changed their service fee structure so that approx. 15.5% of the amount paid by the Guest is retained by Airbnb. As Host, we receive the advertised rate, less the 15.5%. Our pricing has been raised by around 7.5% to cater for this change. Previously this fee was fully paid by yourselves as Guests, in addition to the advertised rate. We shall absorb half of this cost. BOONAH: Nestled in the foothills of the forested mountain ranges of the Great Dividing Range, Boonah is picturesque Country Town with a warm and welcoming community. The property is walking distance to the Town Centre (approx. 10 minute walk) and centrally located to all that the Scenic Rim has to offer. The Scenic Rim has been recommended by The Lonely Planet Guide, as one of the Top 10 Places to Visit in the World and has so much to offer. Guest access You shall have full and private access to the property. I live locally and am on hand if required. Self check in is via key safe. Other things to note Please note this is a "non event", "no party" property as the House is in a quiet residential Street. We request that quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. Please note, whilst the house is newly renovated internally, the gardens are still a work in progress. This shall not impact your stay at all.
