Our Hideaway is located in the tropical patio of our home. A completely independent and private apartment, two streets away from a walking bridge that leads to the breathtaking Isla Verde Beach, wonderful restaurants, supermarkets and the Isla Verde strip which offers a variety of fun activities for all, day and night! Enjoy our fall discount already included in our September, October and up to mid November prices ☺️🍂🍁🍃 Guest access In addition to the private independent apartment area, we welcome you to enjoy our beloved tropical patio, equipped with outdoor dinning set and umbrella, hot tub, sunbathing lounging chairs and relaxing outdoor sofa and benches, perfect to read, relax and disconnect. Other things to note Amenities: In addition to the amenities listed we’ve also included all of our favorites for your enjoyment: Neutrogena Makeup Remover Facial Cleansing Towelette Singles, disposable shower caps, a handheld steamer, chess table, Yahtzee, deck of cards, dominoes, dry bags (to take your electronics to the beach), cooler bags (to carry easily cold drinks, water or snacks to the beach), umbrella to save a rainy day, beach chairs, body boards, among others ;) Sound: We are forever grateful for our wonderful location and excellent neighborhood. Although, we enjoy regularly a quiet day to day, nearby houses also offer short term rentals and once in a while, you may hear voices or music at a distance. Also, we house four completely independent apartments in the property all listed in Airbnb. We take pride is promoting and maintaining a retreat, relax and recharge vibe at all times. Please don’t hesitate to let us know, if there is any noise out of the ordinary and we’ll reach out to guest and/or neighbors, if needed. Your tranquility is a top priority for us :) Gate: Upon entering the main gate, you may briefly see us, the cleaning staff or two other guests, if the neighboring apartment is rented. Nevertheless, within a minute of entering the open passageway you will reach your private gate, which allows you, the exclusive use of the Tropical Patio, hot tub and leads you to access the separate structure where your very own apartment is :) Your entry gate is also covered in green leaves to provide additional privacy for the tropical patio and apartment :) Solar powered tropical patio lights: We’ve placed with love in our tropical patio, several strings of solar powered patio lights. They will turn on and off automatically :) Generator: We are beyond excited to share we have brand new generator with a transfer switch that will power everything if the electrical company falters at any time :)
