We want to rent our beautiful house out. The house is a classic black and white house in North Zealand. The house is situated on a large secluded plot with forest and private garden near the water. The house is completely renovated and all furniture and beds are brand new. Accommodation and architecture is light and Nordic inspired. The house is about 500 meters from the sea. The house is built in the charming and classic Nordic summer house style with large and bright rooms, wonderful materials and clean architectural lines. The house is black and white. It is opened up to the eaves in all rooms, so you have high ceilings and a nice airy feeling when you walk around indoors. The house is totally new, newly restored with respect for the old and cozy style. A new delicious kitchen with dishwasher and new fridge / freezer and induction cooker. The kitchen functions as a natural part of the large living room in the house, so the family can be together and enjoy themselves while you cook. There is a large, delicious, newly built wooden terrace of 125m2 around the entire house, where you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The interior of the main house is good and spacious with a large kitchen / family room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, and a newly renovated annexe. Annex: The annex has been completely renovated and newly insulated and furnished with a nice little kitchenette so you can make a cup of tea and coffee, brush your teeth etc. There is also a nice new outdoor bath at the annex. So you can also bathe. The annex contains a double bed as well as a double sofa bed, coffee table and two lovely director's chairs. The main house contains an elegant bathroom with underfloor heating and a new large luxury shower room with large shower head. If you want to bathe outside, then you can enjoy the large, delicious outdoor bath that sits on the north side of the house. The outdoor bath is located private and secluded and has both hot and cold water. 'Also in the evening, when you can enjoy the clear starry sky while you have a hot bath. It can really be recommended. The house contains a living room, dining area for 12, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with brand new double beds. 10 new duvets and 10 new pillows have been purchased and are ready in the house. Bed linen and towels are also provided. NOTE: We recommend that you bring your own bed linen and towels if possible. The house must be left in a clean condition and used bed linen and towels must be washed and dried on departure. This is done by the tenant before departure. It is possible to purchase cleaning of the entire house. If you want cleaning, it must be reported in a reasonable amount of time before your stay. Then we request the agreed amount via Airbnb. Cleaning arrives between 10am and 2pm. The house must therefore be vacated at 0945. We settle for electricity consumption in the house. DKK 3.50 per KwH. When the tenant arrives at the house, they take a picture of the electricity meter and send it to the landlord via airbnb, and they do the same when they leave. The tenant then requests the consumption amount via Airbnb when the stay has been completed. Water is free. We have a new weber 3200 gas grill on the terrace. North Zealand is a very attractive and exclusieve holiday resort with beautiful beaches, restaurants and charming fishing villages. Along the coast there are child-friendly beaches and towns with interesting sights and experiences. For example, the historic Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, which is one of Scandinavia's most beautiful Renaissance castles. The castle is mainly known from Shakespeare's play Hamlet. About Udsholt Strand Udsholt is located right in between the two famous cities Tisvildeleje and Gilleleje. A stunning waterside location. There are delicious beaches, great natural grounds and lovely forests. Less than 5 minutes from the house is a beautiful area right on the water with free-roaming animals. Worth a visit if you are beautiful and wild nature. It is possible to get to the house by train and bus. There is access to private parking spaces. NOTE: We recommend that you bring your own bed linen and towels if possible.
