In the immediate vicinity there are also ATMs, small museums, characteristic murals and numerous historic corners to be discovered while walking through the streets of the city center. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The only area shared with other condominium owners is the building's entrance corridor, which is used exclusively for access to the apartments. All other spaces in the house are private and reserved for guests during their stay. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet condominium complex. Respect for the common areas and quiet is required, especially in the evening hours. No parties or events inside the property. Check-in and check-out can be arranged based on availability. The property is ideal for those seeking relaxation, comfort, and an independent stay. Please let us know of any special needs before arrival. For security reasons and out of respect for the neighborhood, only the guests indicated in the reservation are allowed to stay. You can park in the permitted areas near the house. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay.
