Cycling on the dike - Elbe/NOK

Centrally located yet quiet, fully equipped single-family home. Close to city park, sailing harbor and dike. Two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, beach chair, sandbox. Old trees offer the possibility for a hammock or slackline. On the first floor: porch, hallway, living room, kitchen, laundry room (sep. shower/sep. toilet) with terrace access as well as a bedroom/sauna. Upper floor: 1 bathroom (tub + toilet) and 2 bedrooms; access via hallway to the balcony. The space The house offered is my parents' house. Because I can't part with it yet, I'm getting it through renting. It is a 4-room non-smoking single-family house (80/550 square meters) with old furniture mixed with new ideas. The amenities are complete: From the dishwasher to the washing machine, everything is available. A garage is available for bicycles or motorcycles (three bicycles are available; as well as two old children's scooters in the old garden house). As a rule, I rent the house to up to four people. There is the possibility to convert the living room into another bedroom if necessary, for for families or "Wacken" visitors. In the kitchen is a pull-out table that gives everyone a place. Plenty of dishes & cutlery are available; a small dishwasher helps with the kitchen work. Bathrooms are both on the upper floor (tub and toilet) and on the ground floor (sep. shower bath and sep. toilet). Two bedrooms are located upstairs; a hallway leads to a small protected balcony. As a service, I offer a laundry package consisting of towels and bed linen for a fee. A homespot with unlimited data volume is available. Lego knight's castle, stilts, books, games, balls, etc. are available for children. Super outdoor pool on the dike with beach chairs, beach volleyball and free dream ship view can be reached 300 m away across the dike. Pet allowed for €5/day. Very nice hostess! From April 2017, you can also use the sauna at my place. Guest access In the event of a booking, the entire house (except the two attics) and the garden are at your disposal. You also have access to the garage, which is intended for parking bicycles and motorcycles. Three bicycles are provided. Other things to note Fog creates a "foghorn concert." Rather unusual for landlubbers, but special.
