The Happy Gypsy

Fantastic apartment in the heart of downtown Ketchikan! This little gem has everything you need to keep you comfy while away from home. The Happy Gypsy is located in a secure condo building right across the street from Bawden Street Brewing Co. and surrounded by many more popular tourist attractions. The buses stop right out front by the Tongass Historical Museum. The space There have been a few minor furniture changes since the last photos were taken. 350 square feet studio space with plenty of open floor space, comfy loveseat, queen bed, yoga mats and accessories are available. Small bathroom but has full tub and shower with nice pressure and unlimited hot water. Washer and dryer are coin operated and right around the corner from the inside door. Vending/newspaper machines are one floor up. There is also a chiropractor and a small doctors office one floor up. Garbage disposal out back. Two hour parking right out front mon-fri 9-5 so you can park over night as long as you move in the day. 24 hour parking is one block away. Being downtown it can sometimes be a little noisy especially on weekends. I have a sound machine in the apartment now and has helped a lot. Other things to note The Happy Gypsy has a private outside entrance. You do not have to use main/communal entrance.
