The Annex, Hindhead

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit. The space You can also have the use of a small patio next to the kitchen area where can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink and enjoy the view of the garden. Guest access Access to the Annex is via a separate pathway. The driveway and gardens are shared with the owners. There is a small patio outside of the kitchen for your use whilst staying at the Annex. Other things to note Please note this is a non smoking and non vaping property. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside of the Annex only.
