The space Enter the property via the front door, or via a ramp near the eastern sliding door entrance. The lower level features widened doorways and an accessible bathroom with step free shower. A large freestanding bath is also featured in this room. Three bedrooms are on the lower level, with a queen sized bed in two of the rooms and a bunk bed in the third room that has a double lower bed. Beautiful gardens are visible from large windows throughout this level, with a rose garden present via the laundry. The upper level features open plan living, dining, and kitchen. A powder room is on this level for guests. The main bedroom is situated on the upper level and contains an ensuite with double shower. Every care has been taken to make this a relaxing environment with quality finishes and homewares. The property is protected by a fully fenced secure yard, street facing security cameras in the front yard, smoke alarms, fire blanket, extinguishers, and a first aid kit. There is ample parking inside the property for multiple vehicles or boats on a generous sized driveway. Views from three balconies encompass a full 360 degrees. This is newly built property. Guest access The property is accessible via a keysafe situated outside the gate. The shed is not accessible to guests.
