This is not a full-service hotel. • Cleaning: Cleaning is carried out before check-in, ensuring that the guest receives the apartment clean and organized. There is no daily housekeeping service during the stay. If necessary, cleaning may be requested. • Internet: Wi-Fi is the general network of the building, not an exclusive connection of the unit. • TV: The equipment works perfectly, but does not have access to streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube or similar. • Breakfast: The accommodation does not include breakfast. We offer an exclusive partnership with the building's restaurant, where the service can be contracted separately per person for a different amount, paid directly to us. • Restaurant: The restaurant is outsourced from the building and its operation, values and quality are the responsibility of the company that manages it. Our goal is to provide a comfortable stay, with clear and safe information so that your experience is smooth from the moment of booking. Guest access 🔑 Check-In Check-in is carried out after 2pm. The daily rate is calculated based on the number of guests specified in the reservation. Therefore, it is important to inform the front desk of the full name of the person responsible for the reservation and, if there are accompanying guests, the full names of all of them. 📌 Access to the room will be granted exclusively to the guests listed in the reservation, in accordance with the rules. 📋 Mandatory documentation To authorize check-in, please send me the full name and photo I.D. (I.D., driver's license, or passport) of all guests on the reservation.
