Our house has been designed to be a friendly, family-oriented and functional place. You will find everything you need on one level: equipped kitchen, laundry room, large living room, 3 bedrooms. It is also designed for the little ones with suitable amenities. You can enjoy the garden and terrace. However, the grounds are not completely closed. We are close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Futuroscope, Beauval Zoo and many other local attractions. The space Our house is on one level with parking for several cars possible in front of the house. We have: - an equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, hob, dishwasher; - a spacious living room; - a laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron, Tancarville ironing board; - a shower room; - a separate toilet; - three bedrooms with storage space; You can enjoy the outdoors with a garden table, barbecue and umbrella available. We provide all the essentials for babies: crib, changing table and high chair. Guest access You have access to the whole house (excluding the garage).
