Accommodation near Luhačovice - Double room

I offer accommodation in the spa town of Pozlovice, near the spa park Luhačovice and Sluneční lázně (about 15 minutes walk). It is a furnished, separate double room with a balcony (kitchenette and bathroom) The dam is about 15 minutes on foot (swimming pool, scooter rental, pedal boats, paddleboards). Nearby restaurants, evening entertainment, several playgrounds, bus stop with regular connections to Luhačovice. The space The room has two single beds, a balcony with seating, a private bathroom that is located right next to the room, but is NOT shared. There is an equipped kitchenette with a stove, fridge and microwave for basic cooking, which is shared with other guests. You can park in the garden or near the football field. Nearby shop, restaurant, playground, bus stop. It is about 15 minutes on foot to the center of the spa and to the dam as well. Smoking is not allowed in the house and its outdoor areas and it is necessary to observe the quiet hours. In case of stay with pets, there is a surcharge of 100,-/night. The tourist tax is 40,-/person/night. These fees are charged on the spot, according to OZV No. 5/2023 of the town of Pozlovice. Guest access The accommodation includes a bedroom with a balcony, a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine, which has an entrance from the hallway (right next to the room) and a shared kitchen with other guests. The garden is for parking only. Other things to note There is one extra bed, suitable for children up to 12 years old.
