Parking: Parking spaces are close to the residence but they are very often taken in season. For more peace of mind, we advise you to book a space in the covered parking lot of the resort. Guest access You will have private access to the two connecting apartments and the large balcony. After you book, you'll receive an access link to a digital welcome booklet that will give you as much information as possible. Keys will be available for collection at the agency in a secure locker. Check-ins can start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 11 a.m. Depending on availability and period, early check-in and late check-out options (for a fee) are possible. Other things to note The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator access. A security deposit of €1000 will be required via the digital welcome booklet. It will be done by bank imprint. To do this, we use the secure online service Swikly which will allow you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your banking limit. You'll also have the option to opt for the "Damage Waiver" option (damage protection option) in the amount of €50, which exempts you from paying a security deposit. It covers small accidental damage from the stay. The amount of €50 is fixed and non-refundable.
