My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport. The house is locate on the main coastal to the centre Rottingdean is a small historical coastal town which is 2 miles from the centre of Brighton. The village is a small picturesque with an windmill and some old traditional old inns which were once frequented by smugglers in the area. Rottingdean is a gateway to other historical towns such as Lewes Eastbourne. The space The house is light and spacious with panoramic sea views from nearly all the rooms in the house and the garden. For 6 there are: 2 king size beds 2 single beds (3.6 foot) Guest access The property manager meets all guests to give them an overview of the house. To ensure that guests understand the house rules including no pets rule. Other things to note Seahaven is located on the main coastal road into Brighton. The front of house is triple glazed. There are neighbours on both sides - see listing photos of the house and surrounding neighbours. All potential guests must be aware that Rottingdean is a small village and is not suitable for guests wanting a busy and vibrant night life. There are excellent restaurants and pubs/bars in the village square to enjoy a village night life by the sea or dining and drink in the 2 café/bar on Saltdean or Rottingdean beaches The driveway is controlled by CCC.
