My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Although we listed it good for families it doesn't have a porta-crib or any child items. Nick knacks may have to be placed higher if children are present. This is an upper of a duplex. Very cute and spacious. Guests have the upper apartment tom themselves. The washer & dryer are in the basement and the lower tenant has their own set. The laundry is free of charge.
