The highlight of the house is the top-floor loft, featuring a cozy reading area and direct access to a private terrace with beautiful views of the Sierra de Gredos. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, read a book, watch the sunset, or simply unwind. On the middle floor, you'll find a warm and inviting living and dining area with a pellet stove, along with a guest toilet. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor, which stays naturally cool during the summer months, providing a comfortable night's sleep. Other things to note Casa Mirador Calma is a traditional three-story home connected by a narrow and fairly steep staircase, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or anyone who has difficulty using stairs. The house includes a guest toilet with a sink and WC on the middle floor (in the living room), as well as a full bathroom with a shower on the top floor, next to the reading room and private terrace.
