Single Room in TheWooden Twin Bedroom Chalet (RHS)

A cozy, pinewood chalet with 2 separate Bedrooms and 2 Washrooms in a 4 acre home stay. It's a Single Room for 2-4 adults available in a private, independent Chalet. All cottages are nestled in a beautiful mango orchard. We have a large 50x30ft swimming pool. Very quiet and peaceful, away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is included in the tariff and is same for all guests. 1-2 hrs drive from Mumbai/Pune. 15 mins drive from the main Karjat market/railway station. The space We run a Farm Stay in our 4 acre farm in Karjat. We have 5 different types of accommodations available for bookings. They are all independent units and not connected to each other. All cottages are fully air conditioned with 100mbps wifi, inverters and 100% power back up with a manually operated genset. The Wooden Twin Bedroom Chalet has 2 side by side (adjoining) bedrooms, 2 washrooms and 2 sit outs. Entrance and access to both bedrooms is separate and independent. This Single Room on the Right Hand Side (RHS) of The Wooden Twin Bedroom Chalet includes: - 1 King sized bed to sleep 2 guests - A queen sized sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests - Attached washroom - Attached sit out with Table, Chair, Mosquito Kit and picturesque garden views - Independant Entry Complimentary Tea/Coffee arrangement with hot water kettle is provided in each room. Every bedroom is also equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, Smart TV, Alexa and cupboards with hangers. Parking is free across the farm and you can park right in front of your cottage. Breakfast is served in our Founders Cafe and is common for all guests checked in. Our large 50x30feet Augustine Pool is open to all guests at the farm. We have a Bonfire area, Machan and some outdoor games like badminton, cricket, volleyball and basketball available for all guests. DIY Barbecue kits are available at extra charge. The Cafe has plenty of books for leisurely reading and board games for family fun. Guest access Guests are free to explore and walk around the farm anytime they like. We have a large swimming pool which is 50 x 30 feet in size. The shallow end is about 2 feet and the deep end is 4 3/4 feet (less than 5 feet). We have seating inside the pool with a small serving area for guests to enjoy their beverages. Glassware and food is not allowed in the Pool. There's also an additional baby pool attached which is about 2 ft deep. The Augustine swimming pool is common for all cottages. It is open to guests 24x7. We do, however, request guests to shut down loud music at the pool latest by 9pm so other guests at the property do not get disturbed. All outdoor lights are switched off by 10pm. You can request the caretaker to leave the outdoor lights of your cottage on if needed. DISCLAIMER: Our swimming pool is cleaned daily and the water is treated regularly. However, during monsoon and mango flowering season - if it has rained the previous night or rains during your stay - there may be exceptional occasions when sometimes the water could change colour due to the greenery surrounding the pool. Guests are requested to co-operate and be understanding at such times when the pool water cannot be cleared instantly. Founders Cafe is a great break - away space where we serve breakfast to our guests. The beautiful, quaint cafe has plenty reading material and board games for guests to enjoy. Breakfast service is from 9am - 10:30am. Guests are welcome to order Lunch / Dinner from neighbouring restaurants and eat their meals in our Cafe. You can also step out for meals and explore dining options around. We have a Bonfire area on the property where we also make wood fired pizzas. Winter is the best time to enjoy this space with marshmallows and music. The bonfire pit is not functional during monsoon as it is an open area. Guests can also enjoy the view from the Machan. It's also a great space to make calls or get some work done if you need some peace and quiet amidst nature. Or have a jam session with your mates! During your stay We also stay on the property but prefer to keep to ourselves. Our caretaker is available 9am - 10pm for all your needs. Extra charges apply for room service. Plenty of books, Carrom and a few board/card games are also available at the Cafe. You can enjoy a swim in our Augustine pool anytime during your stay. We switch off all outdoor lights by 10pm but you can request the caretaker to show you outdoor light points incase you'd like to stay out longer and shut them on your own later. You can also play: (outdoor games unavailable during monsoon) - Badminton - Volleyball - Basketball - Table tennis - Cricket We have a bonfire pit for you to enjoy during winters. You can request our caretaker to light the bonfire for you at night during winter at a nominal charge and advance notice (to source firewood). We also provide DIY barbecue facility at a nominal extra charge. Checkin Time: 1:00PM Checkout Time: 11AM NOTE: Early checkin or late checkout is chargeable at 2500/- per hour.
