Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED.Parking for 3 cars. 2 night minimum stay The space The region is one of the most beautiful places in France, the land of d’Artagnan and ‘The Three Musketeers’. Beautiful local villages of Fources & Poudenas … Nerac and Condom within 25 minute drive. Local markets in Eauze, Nerac . Local bakery 10 minutes away… The coast between Bordeaux and Biarritz, with its many surfing beaches, is about 1.40 hour drive away. Nerac & Gondrin and many nearby towns have their own swimming lakes with water slides, beach, snack bar and woodlands. The Gers boasts an astonishing 146 chateaux, one of the largest and most imposing of which is that of Lavardens, built on a limestone outcrop. One third of modern-day Gersois villages are original medieval bastides. These fortified villages have grid-patterned streets and central arcaded market places and were established at many strategic points all over south-west France in the Middle Ages. Other things to note The swimming pool is shared . It is alarmed but there is no fence or gate around the pool. No pets are allowed on the premises and a 300€ daily fee plus a 500€ additional cleaning fee will be charged if this is ignored.( this will also apply for extra undeclared guests) There is a pond in the courtyard garden and the stairs in Alhambra are steep with open treads. Both gîtes have large glass doors. All children must be supervised at all times. Please read house rules located in the property. No facility at the property to charge electric cars. Check out is strictly before 9.30am late checkout is only available with prior permission before reserving . A half day rate is charged for late check out. Age restrictions apply to young all adult groups ( to avoid parties & out of respect for our neighbours and the tranquility of the area) Due to extra cleaning co-vid 19 check in time is not before 5pm. Bedding/ sheets are chargeable at 15€ per person and are included in your cleaning fee. No pets. Minimum 1 week stay requirement in July/ August. Saturday- Saturday reservations only during peak summer season. 3 night minimum stay at Christmas and New year bank holidays. Owners live on site with their friendly beagle who has his own fenced in garden and 3 sociable cats…who love humans but dislike other animals - hence our no pet policy for guests…No more than 10 people.
