Spacious apartment fantastic WIFI & full amenities

Close to the city and in the La Albufera Natural Park. Comfortable accommodation, fully equipped to spend a few days and enjoy Valencia and its surroundings, without the inconveniences of the city. The train takes you in 25 minutes to the pure center and walking you can see incredible landscapes and fauna. A town close to industrial centers and FORD. A stone's throw away from sensational beaches. I don't accept requests from profiles without references, or newly created ones that don't give me confidence. The space Live as if you were at home. Lots of light and outdoors. Fully equipped with kitchenware and bedding for long stays. Birds, plants, enjoy the sun on the terrace. I can provide an extra bed. Rooms with AC for summer and heating for winter programmed at 19 degrees. Please respect neighbors. Although it is connected to the lower floor, I do not want it to be used or accessed. All my things are there. Let me know what you need, and I’ll make room. Guest access The terrace is formidable. In summer, I'll cover it so you can feel better. In winter it's ideal for sunbathing. Other things to note Leave the car parked and visit Valencia by train. Very convenient.
