Charming Self Contained Apartment (Jackson Suite)

The Jackson Suite is one of three very peaceful , self contained studio apartments in the scenic country village of Maids Moreton, situated close to MI, M40, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bicester and Oxford. 12 minutes to Silverstone GP circuit , 6 minutes to Stowe National Trust for great walks, and 4 minutes on foot to delightful historic Wheatsheaf pub ! I aim to provide a comfortable stay in a friendly , quiet and relaxed country setting for both business and pleasure. The space Private , secure car parking for 5 cars with ample turning space The carparking , pathways and apartments are all on one level. The apartment is accessed by a Key Code , although I like to welcome new guests in person if possible. The Jackson Suite is suitable for one or two people. It has a separate en suite, including shower, toilet, hand basin and heated rails. There is a Kitchen area with a 4 ring electric hob and overhead extractor fan, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle , cafeteria, toaster and a washer dryer. Milk, tea, coffee, salt and pepper are provided. The lounge area has a sofa , smart TV , superfast Wi-Fi and a table for working. A disinfection clean will be carried out before and after each stay. I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook . I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. Unfortunately no children under 12 years of age are allowed as guests and no pets. Throughout the property , no smoking , vaping , e cigarettes, barbeques , candles or importation of your own cooking or heating apparatus of any type are allowed. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit to drink and dine in the rose garden adjacent to the apartments, as well as walk along nominated footpaths from the garden into the beautiful local countryside. The apartments are accessed individually via a very large covered lobby 25m from the car park. Other things to note When arriving at Overton Fields please do not drive above 5 miles an hour when driving up and down the driveway. There is a speed hump along the drive way , which for clarity the drive way base is hardcore and the distance between the hard core and the top of the hump is 15 cms. The hardcore base is covered with 7cm gravel and the distance between the top of the gravel and the top of the hump is 8 cms. Parking for Overton Fields Apartments please continue up the driveway (towards the large solid wooden gate at the end) parking on left hand side. PLEASE NOTE , smoking , vaping , e cigaretes are not allowed anywhere on the property, but can take place 30 meters away, outside , off the property. Also BBQs and candles are not allowed anywhere on the property.
