Spacious and well laid out, it works just as well for a work group that needs individual rooms as it does for several people traveling together. The 4-bedroom layout gives each guest privacy and accommodates different combinations depending on the group. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with shower and bidet: less waiting in the mornings when there are several of you. Kitchen: Fully equipped: ceramic hob/stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, blender, toaster, kettle, and two coffee makers (filter and espresso). Includes dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans, a cutting board and basic spices. Large dining table. In the bathroom you will find a complimentary starter toiletries kit in limited quantities, so we recommend bringing your own hygiene items (gel, shampoo, etc.) for the remainder of your stay. ⚠️You are in a family building, with neighbors year-round, so we ask you to respect the tranquility of the community as if it were your own home. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, but respect goes beyond the clock: parties, events, loud music, or noise that bothers the neighborhood are not allowed at any time. Special care on the terrace and windows at night. Only people listed on the reservation can stay overnight. No outside visitors without prior notice. To avoid misunderstandings: any noise complaint from neighbors will result in the termination of the reservation without a refund for the remaining nights.
