The space Living Room • Hoover / brush is in the laundry locker opposite the toilet • Pots, cups and pans are in lockers – please use and clean up after yourself • For additional space to store food shopping, please use the food locker by the window in the living room. • Please turn on hood at all times when cooking • For laundry, fix dryer in front of window by food locker in living room by the side of the 3 seater sofa. Open the window to air your cloths. • If guest have toddlers/children please put any breakables out of reach to them Bathroom • Bathroom lights turns on extractor fan. Turn off the light and extractor fan will run for a while and turn itself off. • Cleaning locker is opposite bathroom. You will find: Mop/mop bucket Toiletries Cleaning products etc. • If you can, open sky roof in bathroom before shower to allow steam to escape faster. There is a pole located at the side of the cleaning locker for all the sky roof windows. Please ensure all sky roof windows are closed before leaving the house at any time. This is to prevent the house from flooding in the event of rainfall. Bedroom 1 • Towels and spare beddings are in the bed side drawers. • Guest wardrobe is the empty smaller black wardrobe Bedroom 2 • Spare beddings are in the bed side drawers. Council Bin Collection • Bins are collected every Thursday. Please ensure bin is placed by the roadside in front of the pergola. The bins are stored in front of the garage. See other resident’s bins for guidance. • There is x2 bins. Black bin for general waste and blue bin for recycling. Please ensure waste is separated appropriately • Bin bags are kept in the shelve space under the living room sink Arrival Message me via the air b&b app and let me know your estimated time of arrival. This will enable me make arrangement to meet you with the home keys or arrange alternative collection Departure Please put keys back into the key safe and ensure it is locked or let me know when you are checking out so I can arrange key collection.
