Zirben Diamant offers simple and affordable private rooms in Obdach – ideal for fitters, workers, bikers, people passing through and vacationers. The Red Bull Ring is about 20 minutes away, and Zirbitzkogel and hiking trails are also within easy reach. Self check-in allows for a flexible arrival. Dogs are welcome upon registration. Parking is available right by the house for a fee. Ideal for a few nights or longer stays. The space Zirben Diamant is a simple, personally run guest house without classic hotel service. Our rooms are deliberately kept uncomplicated and inexpensive. The rooms have a private bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi and a balcony directly adjacent to the room without a partition. Bed linens, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided. Please bring your own: towels, hygiene products, hair dryer and personal items. There is no kitchen, no breakfast and no daily room cleaning. Dogs are welcome upon prior notice: €14.50 per dog/night, maximum 2 dogs per room. Parking: €10.00 per parking space, maximum 2 parking spaces per room. Guest access We work exclusively with self check-in. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. Access is via the guest entrance. Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor. There is a glass door there that says “To the rooms.” Directly to the right behind this door is the key box with the room keys. Please take only the key to the room you booked. Guests have access to the guest entrance, the 1st floor, the hallway and the booked room. Other areas of the house and property are not for guest use. During your stay Our house does not have a classic reception. If you have any questions, you can contact us via Airbnb or using our contact details. For further communication and to prepare your stay, we need a current email address after booking. Please send them to us via the Airbnb chat. Before your arrival, we also need the full registration details of all travelers. You will receive the relevant information from us by email. If the submission or online check-in doesn't work, you can also send us the required guest information via email. This is required so that we can properly prepare your self check-in. Other things to note Important for your stay: The Pfoten Glücksschmiede is also located in the building. Therefore, there may be encounters with dogs in the entrance area or around the house. Dogs must be housed and supervised in a safe, clean and animal welfare-compliant manner. The guest is responsible for removing any mess. The guest is liable for any damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning costs. These can also be determined after departure and charged up to 14 days after the stay.
