Akita Nest is an entire private rental located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the center of Akita City. Senshu Park (Kubota Castle Ruins) is within walking distance, where you can take a stroll and enjoy the scenery in all seasons.Unlike a hotel, it has a kitchen and washing machine, so families and groups can "stay as if they lived there".This is a private accommodation for families and groups. Walking distance to Akita's biggest bustling down town "Kawaban".It is completely private, so you can feel free to travel with children and groups.It features a spacious living room and two bedrooms.We hope you enjoy a simple trip by staying at this peaceful place in the center of Akita City. The space ■ The place can accommodate up to 7 people. Please note: ・ If there are 5 or more guests, it may feel a bit cramped. ・ The second floor is a rental residence. Because it is an old building, you will hear the footsteps of the residents. Please refrain from booking if you are sensitive to noise. ・ If you add more guests after check-in, you will be charged the difference separately. ・ There is no parking on the property. Please arrange to use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. ■ Rooms and Amenities 2 bedrooms, 4 semi-double beds, kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioning in each room, separate bath and toilet, washer dryer, 5G Wi-Fi ・ Beds: Four semi-double beds. As a general guideline, each bed can accommodate up to 2 adults. Additional futons are not provided. ・ We do not provide children's items such as cribs and high chairs. If you need them, please bring your own. Please note that since we have just opened, unfortunately, the name "AkitaNest" is not recognized. It usually takes about 10 minutes to get to Akita Nest. * The travel time varies depending on road conditions and the time of day. If you have lots of luggage or if it's raining or snowing, we recommend using a taxi instead of walking from the station. 🚶 If you come on foot It is about 25 minutes on foot from the west exit of Akita Station to Akita Nest. Exit the west exit of Akita Station and first head towards Senkyu Park. Pass by Senkyu Park and continue towards Hodo. Continue through the residential area and head towards **"Hodonohara no Machi"**. The address is 2-20 Hotonohara no Machi, Akita City. If you come on foot, it may feel a bit far if you have a lot of luggage, but you can head to Akita Nest while taking a walk around Senkyu Park along the way. Please enjoy your time on your trip as you walk through the city of Akita on your way to the inn. About arrival at Akita Nest Akita Nest is located in a residential neighborhood, and the entrance is difficult to find for first-time guests. The landmark is the grocery store in Hodo, Akita City!! There is a narrow alley next to the utility pole on the left (with a sign for 20 Hotonohara no Machi) just before the curve of Marutomi Nakagawa (the grocery store), so take courage and go further in. The second building (with black paneling on the front) is Akita Nest. There is no sign, so please arrive while it is still light. Also, the front entrance is shared with the apartment on the 2nd floor, so it is not locked. There is a lockbox on the door knob when you enter the front door, so please check it. ★ Sleeping Arrangements ★ There are only 4 full-sized beds, and we do not have sofa beds or extra beds available. If there are 5 or more people staying, 2 people will have to share each bed. A semi-double bed may feel a bit cramped for two people, but in addition to the 4 sets of futons for each semi-double bed, we also have 2 extra single-sized duvets. Guest access Basically, it is only in private lodging. Other things to note Etiquette and requests at check-in for guests staying at AKITA NEST. Our accommodation is located in a residential area, and we value your consideration for the neighbors. Please respect the following points. ■ Please be mindful of noise - Please be quiet after 9 pm. ・ Please keep the volume of the TV and conversations to a minimum. ※ There is a family with a baby living nearby. Please be aware. - On-site safety and security - For everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the entrance. - Suspicious behavior will be reported to the police or the administrator. - Fire is strictly prohibited - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. - No fireworks, fires, barbecues, or other use of fire. ■ Trash Disposal - Please gather the garbage indoors by checkout. - Please sort garbage and throw it in the designated garbage cans. - At checkout, please put away dishes you've used.
